Angastonite (Type Locality) | Penrice marble quarry, Angaston, Barossa Valley, North Mt Lofty Ranges, South Australia. FOV 5mm. Angastonite is a relatively new Ca-Al-Mg phosphate mineral, IMA approved in 2008. It occurs as aggragates of tiny pearly white crystals on gossan matrix.
