Pyrosmalite-(Fe) from the early 1960’s find in Browne’s Section on the 13 level of the Junction Mine. This find is described in Birch ed (1999) Minerals of Broken Hill as probably the largest mass of pyrosmalite ever found at Broken Hill as it occupied an entire stope. Flossie Campbell was first to recognise the material and Sir Maurice Mawby was instrumental in having specimens distributed to museums around the world.
