An important historic locality sample: 4 specimens of tranclucent oligoclase in a round cardboard box with inscription from Alfred Louis Olivier Legrand Des Cloizeaux, a well-known 19th century mineralogist, in french language. Comes with two additional labels. The “Anakies” are three volcanic hills near the town of Anakie which is located 35 km NNW of Geelong or appr. 80 km WSW of Melbourne.
