Cream secondary sphalerite and secondary galena from the “watercourse”, Browne’s shaft, Broken Hill New South Wales, Australia. The specimen shows colloform internal structure. Collected in the mid- 1970’s. These are often mis-labelled “Wurtzite”, though it’s possible there are traces of this mineral present. The specimen fluoresces yellow under long wave UV. 85x50x40mm.
