Ludlockite on sulphide ore with colourless associated mineral (not analysed), most likely Zn-rich siderite, but can also be Stottite. The matrix is very iridescent, and most likely consists of a combination of Tennantite, Chalcocite and Germanite. This example is from the second, deepest level find at the Tsumeb mine (Namibia) that is the type locality for Ludlockite and named after mineral dealers Frederick (Rick) Ludlow Smith and Charles (Charlie) Locke.
